All items purchased (full price and sale) can be sent back to Unplugged for a refund or store credit. Once your return has been received, your refund will be issued, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
A $12.00 postage return fee will be deducted from your refund amount for the cost of the prepaid return label.
If you wish to return your item via post for a store credit, no postage return fee will be deducted from your store credit.

- For eligible items, we offer a 14-day returns policy from purchase date.
- Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached.
- Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
- We are not able to offer exchanges due to limited stock availability, and instead encourage you to place a new order once a credit has been issued.
- For hygienic reasons, fragrance, underwear, women’s swimwear and earrings are unable to be returned.
