Customer satisfaction is important to us! You can purchase in confidence and send the items back to us if they are not right for you for a refund, store credit or exchange.

Request a Label

Returns must arrive at our location within 14 days from the date the parcel is received using the label provided by us. Items received after this period are accepted only at the discretion of Unplugged Byron Bay.

Return Policy

  • For eligible items, we offer a 14-day returns policy from purchase date. 
  • Sale or promotional items (more than 25% discount) cannot be returned for a refund unless goods are faulty.
  • Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
  • Online order returns can be dropped off in-store for a refund to be processed. Please allow up to 2 business days for your refund to be processed.
